When a user submits a contact form, the website gathers information including their: name, email, phone number and requirements. This is to ensure we can provide the services required. Once a form is submitted, information is stored in the website’s primary database. Data is stored for 12 months before being deleted. Data can only be accessed by restricted staff members with their own login information.
